Modular MDF 5x drawers Storage Module

Keep your hobby desk tidy with this magnetized and stackable storage module in a natural MDF finish, made from laser-cut MDF for clean edges and a precise fit. Designed to work seamlessly with our modular workstation accessories, it lets you build a flexible organization system for paints, tools, and hobby supplies—expanding or rearranging whenever your setup changes.

Depending on the version, the module includes different removable drawers with transparent acrylic (methacrylate) fronts, so you can quickly identify what’s inside while keeping everything protected and neatly stored. As part of our modular system, it’s designed to connect to or stack with other modules, allowing you to create customized combinations that fit your space and workflow.

This type of paint rack is supplied as a kit and must be assembled using PVA glue for the MDF parts (not included). The magnets should be fixed with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue, not included) to ensure a strong bond. It includes neodymium magnets to improve alignment, enhance stability, and prevent shifting when modules are stacked. We strongly recommend checking magnet placement and polarity before gluing, and ensuring all modules are oriented the same way so they attract correctly when combined.

It includes an optional installation pack of customizable dividers that allow you to configure the interior of the drawers according to your needs. These dividers make it easy to create compartments of different sizes, ideal for organizing paints, tools, bits, small parts, or modeling materials with greater precision. Thanks to its modular design, you can adapt the internal layout at any time, optimizing space and keeping each item perfectly organized and accessible within each drawer.

Before assembly, you can also customize and protect the wood by applying wood varnishes or stains (available at most local DIY/hardware stores). Using a tinted wood finish lets you change the color—from light oak to walnut tones—while adding extra surface resistance against wear and moisture. The final look can be completely transformed with very little effort, giving your module a more premium, furniture-like finish.
